Lots of brags this weekend!

First off, Gio (DC Raindance Acqua Di Gio SC Fch) went to his first ASFA lure coursing trial of the season (LVCC club) and ran very well despite the freezing weather and constant rain, scored very well and came home with Best of Breed!

Next, Dolcetto (U-CH Raindance Like A Fine Wine GRC) was shown at some conformation shows in Harrisburg PA - did not come home with any points but won the Open dog class all 3 days he was shown and was Reserve to a 5 point major on Saturday. Go Dolcetto and Vicki!

Lastly - Layla the doberman (Marquis I Am Arya) went to some conformation shows and got back-to-back-to-back WB in RI, BOB on Friday, BOS sat/sun for a total of 5 points and FINISHED her championship!! Layla has accumulated 13 points with both majors (and a major reserve) in just 4 weeks out showing with her handler/co-owner/co-breeder Kelly. We’re super proud!

First off, we had a very exciting weekend! I attended my first race meet of the season in Rhode Island with the Granite State Greyhounds Club - I entered Aslan (Raindance A Shot In The Dark) and his owners Angela and Stephen brought him down to the meet for the day. Aslan has not been entered or practiced in a number of months, and am pleased to report that he sure never forgot any of it and ended the day in 1st Place - earning 1.0 GRC pt and 1.0 NRC pt! We could not be happier with how he did! I think this is the beginning of a successful racing career for this boy

On Sunday, I borrowed Aslan again for the day and brought him to a conformation dog show in Springfield MA. Am also pleased to report that even though Aslan has not been entered in any conformation shows since last July, he showed wonderfully and came home with 1 point - bringing him up to 3 points towards his AKC CH.

On another good note, last weekend Layla the doberman came home with her SECOND 4 point major in Syracuse NY!! This bring Layla up to 10 points with both majors, just needing 5 singles to finish!

Lastly, here are some new pictures of Halley’s babies While I don’t normally do pictures like these, I happened across the basket and eggs when passing all the Easter decorations and just had to buy So, here’s the puppies, age 4.5 weeks.
